Bent Oak Online Tutoring provides online tutoring and academic support services by appointment. All tutoring sessions are scheduled directly with the tutor through phone or email contact. Services include but are not limited to: online homework help, subject tutoring, study skills support, test preparation guidance, reading and writing support, math support, adult learning support, and flexible online sessions. All services are provided online via remote session platforms agreed upon at the time of scheduling.

Tutoring sessions are available by appointment only. Session availability depends on the tutor's schedule and student needs. Scheduling is confirmed through direct communication between the client and Bent Oak Online Tutoring. Clients are responsible for being available at the agreed-upon session time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session. Cancellations should be communicated as early as possible. Please see our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and missed sessions.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when submitting tutoring requests, including correct contact information, accurate grade level, subject needs, and scheduling preferences. Inaccurate information may affect our ability to provide appropriate tutoring support or schedule sessions correctly. Bent Oak Online Tutoring is not responsible for scheduling or service issues resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client.

Bent Oak Online Tutoring does not guarantee any specific academic outcomes, including but not limited to: • Guaranteed grades or grade improvements • Guaranteed test scores or score improvements • Guaranteed college admission outcomes • Guaranteed academic advancement Tutoring results vary based on individual student effort, attendance, subject difficulty, preparation, school requirements, teacher expectations, and each student's unique learning needs. We provide support and guidance — outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control.

Bent Oak Online Tutoring does not provide medical services, psychological therapy, special education services, speech therapy, occupational therapy, or any other licensed professional services of a medical or therapeutic nature. If a student requires special education services, learning disability assessments, or therapeutic interventions, we recommend consulting with the student's school or a qualified licensed professional.

Bent Oak Online Tutoring does not claim licensed teaching credentials, state teaching certification, special education certification, or any other professional certification unless specifically and explicitly stated. Tutoring services are provided as academic support and are not a substitute for certified educational instruction.

Bent Oak Online Tutoring reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of this website or tutoring services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
